Sailor Arisu is a senshi from distant Crystal Tokyo. As with most senshi in that time her powers developed early so she was sent to a special school to train. However the students at this senshi academy are only trained until high school age. From then on they are placed into regular high schools, just as senshi are abundant so are the monsters after their powers. Most of the monsters aren't that bright and don't quite know when a student has the power and when they don't. So the senshi from the academy are placed in there as undercover protectors. She is partners with Sailor Shoubi.
