Sailor Fandango is a senshi from the old west. As a civilian she runs a saloon that was left in her care by her husband before his untimely death in a shoot out. She's older than most senshi having already been married and pregnant, she lost the baby due to complications. As a civilian and a senshi she is a dead shot and can fight like any man. She uses her powers to protect her small western town from anyone who wants to ruin it.
